I hate to ask the obvious, but you don't have it disabled do you? In the CM Administration web site on the directory number configuration page of in the "Line X on Device SEPXXXXXXXXXXXX" section there is a checkbox option that says "Log Missed Calls".<br>

Also have replaced the phone and replacement phone not displaying the<br>
missed calls. Updated firmware to current version also.<br>
