<DIV><FONT size=2 face="Century Gothic">During a recent CUCM 7.12 installation I deployed a series of 7965s with attached 7916(24-line) expansion modules for several attendants. I created a Softkey Template to implement the 7916 lines as BLF SDs and populated the appropriate information. The final result is that the Speed Dial functionality works impeccably, however the Busy Lamp Field doesn't provide a status indication even when the BLF SD target DN is off hook.</FONT></DIV>
