seems like I have had more voice issues, since my upgrade from 6.1.2 to 6.1.4a. I didn't write down the old firmware on 6.1.2. I know that 8.0.3 was the default for 6.1.4a but i have installed 8.0.4 just know to see if that helps. Any other thoughts?<div>

If they are not 7912G-A phones then have them all replaced. The original 7912s had a software switch that had issues with excessive network traffic and would cause issues with voice quality and even make the phone reset.<br>
