to verify that you presence group is able to be reached by the line numbers
search space. This is a step that I have manage to miss a
couple times when configuring. It should be the css as your
line numbers. Here you will see mine, in the Subscribe calling
search space. This option is on the device set up of the
phone not inside the line set up.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

a recent CUCM 7.12 installation I deployed a series of 7965s with attached
7916(24-line) expansion modules for several attendants. I created a
Softkey Template to implement the 7916 lines as BLF SDs and populated the
appropriate information. The final result is that the Speed Dial
functionality works impeccably, however the Busy Lamp Field doesn't provide a
status indication even when the BLF SD target DN is off hook.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
