Sounds like it could be CSCsy10647. Would need to examine CCM traces (leading up to and) of the event to know for sure.<br>

Having a problem with a group of traders that have multiple shared<br>
lines that all appear on 17 7962 telephones with 7914 add on modules. It<br>
is intermittent and I have been unable to track down the cause of the<br>
problem. The issue appears to be two-fold:<br>
<br>
1. Someone answers one of the shared lines by picking up the handset,<br>
places the call on hold, and it doesn't show on any other phone with<br>
shared line as on hold and available for pickup.<br>
<br>
2. User then takes call off hold, and someone tries to barge in from<br>
another phone but can't.<br>
<br>
I have a lot of other users using the same MRG and I had no similar<br>
complaints except for this group. Could it have something to do with too<br>
many shared lines? I have made sure that all phones have the Maximum<br>
Number of Calls set correctly. Running Call Manager 6.1.3b and<br>
SCCP42.8-4-2S on the phones.<br>
