A user can then go to the deleted messages folder (tui/gui) and retrieve the messages. You can also set a system purge time (say 5 days).<br>
<br>You can also consider a daily COBRAS export which allows you to retrieve messages for a user. It's got a high cost though (6 hour backup time for 3000 users average usage) and is not really meant for that as far as I know.<br>
