Web serer is running its own SQL database as well and will be used to generate reports. The requirement is when agent answers the call; the web page will open from this web serer. I am able to send pass on the user ID but having trouble to forward the session ID. At this tsage, when an agent answers the call, the compnay web page opens inside CAD along with date, user ID etc but the session ID is missing. this web page have differnet questions which agent will ask to the caller and submit the web pages after finising the call. So when he will submit the web pages, it will store on web server database. My customer woud like to make sure, that the session ID shoudl be same on both databases so they can genrate the reports and match the records on the basess of session ID. Any idea how to achive, Does the CRS genrate the session ID for each call and is the session ID unique through out the
