concensus appears to be the first boot after upgrade should be slow.
IBM is re-discovering hardware. Most report this taking upwards of 30
minutes. Let it get all the way through. Subsequent reboots should

other refererences to this say the server boots enough for ssh to start
so you can ssh in and progress things with<br>
"utils service start Cisco Service Manager"<br>
