Cisco is your UCM node PAK associated to a physical server serial #. There are instances where you would but a server and not even buy a UCM node PAK (like a dedicated MoH/TFTP server).<o:p></o:p></span></p>

I've found a S/N on the front of the Cisco MCS server. I think that is a HW S/N not a Software S/N, but i will try to buy a Smartnet using that number.<br>

command. If you don’t have physical access to the server you may be able to work with your reseller or account team to find the original SO which would list the serial number.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
