*should* work just fine, assuming both the ATA and the MGCP port get registered.

anything connected on the other end. Basically you just need to have a
pots dial-peer with the 'service mgcpapp' and port for the FXO for MGCP to
control it. Other than that the MGCP config is no different than any other

don’t currently have any POTs lines available for my CUCM test environment, so
I’m using my production CUCM with an ATA to provide an analog line to my MGCP
Gateway in my test environment. I can’t get the MGCP FXO port to register
in CUCM, is this because I’m using an ATA instead of true POTs lines? Is
this not possible to do?</DIV>
