<div>You shouldnt need the FWD routing rule, delete the rule you created.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Put the DTMF access ID on the CH so that it matches that, make sure you have no greetings setup and use the standard transfer.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>transfer to an extension and release to switch.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Are you hearing the system greeting or a personal greeting?</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Sounds like your call handler is not setup correctly, possible that your alternate transfer is setup but not enabled. The standard transfer is always on (enabled) so its the one transfering to greetings by default.</div>

<div>HI Folks,</div>
<div><br></div>
<div>I know i am missing something simple here but cant seem to quite understand it. </div>
<div><br></div>
<div>On CallManager, I have a CTI port (DN=1000) with CFA set to VoiceMail.</div>
<div>On Unity Connection, I have a CallHandler (CH) with Alternate Transfer rule set to Transfer the call to DN=1001.</div>
<div>I have removed restrictions from all the restriction tables {out dial, system transfer, transfer}</div>
<div>I have created a FWD Routing rule to "Attempt to TRFR to CH" if Dialed number = 1000 and its the first rule in the "Forwarded Routing Rules".</div>
<div><br></div>
<div>At this stage everything works perfectly. I call 1000, Call comes in to Unity Connection, gets Transferred out to DN 1001.</div>
<div><br></div>
<div>If i assign a DTMF Access id of 1000 to the Call handler (CH), call starts hitting the Greeting for CallHandler (CH) instead of triggering Transfer. </div>
<div><br></div>
<div>Any ideas why ?</div>
<div><br></div>
