Hello Everyone,<br><br>Is there someone who knows what application I can use or who can give me some idea about how to get data from a Customer Serponse Solution 4.0 SQL Database and to display it on big LCD Monitors? I need to do this in order to display the Grade of Service and the Abandoned Call Rate.<br>
