Translation patterns work on called number, not calling. You could leave your MGCP gateway in place, and when the hit CUCM they get sent to a h.323 gateway that does the CLID blocking and otherwise sends them back to CCM for complete processing. This is not the cleanest because you are sending it to another or the same gateway but as H.323.
