as Peter said you need to switch your gateway to H.323 and create an incoming translation rule to block all unknown numbers,<br><br>there is no way for you to block a number with MGCP or in CCM<br><br><div class="gmail_quote">

Try asking your telco to require that people send their caller ID.<br>
your telco can most likely provide you with a service that doesn't<br>
allow inbound blocked numbers.<br>

You can use a translation profile to block incoming calls with a<br>
translation profile (which _should_ allow you to match based on<br>
calling or called number) but you'll need to be using an h.323 gw to<br>
do this.<br>

I'm not sure how to do this, or if you can, in CUCM. you may want to<br>
take a look that the MCID feature. that could probably help you.<br>
