<div dir="ltr">Hi,<br>I have setup a hunt pilot with line group for our help desk team with longest idle distribution scheme. I want to forward incoming calls that arrive after working hours to a cell phone number of each member in the line group. Do I need time of day routing to achieve this or the CFNC will take care of this?<br>
