nick do you know if this 15.1(T) feature will be require PVDM3s ?

Assuming the 15.1(T) ISRg2 terminates the TDM PSTN connection, will V90/32 work for fax/modems that connect via a VG224 ? Or will this only work for devices off an FXS on an ISRg2 with PVDM3s and 15.1(1)T ?
This is one of the 15.1(1)T features that will be available in the
next few months. V.90 and V.32 ( speeds greater than 14.4k) will be
supported for T38 and modem passthrough. You are correct that
anything above that is best effort currently.
