line code violations, slips, errored secs, bursty err secs, etc. Log
shows the serial interface 0/0/0:23 up but all the serial 0/0/0:1 - 22 to
be down. This was after I reset the GW the morning.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

a PRI and we have MGCP gateways configured. Inbound calls give a slow
busy. Outbound calls are OK. Interface is up up. GW is
registered. After a shut no shut on the port and GW reset, port comes up
and GW registers just fine. Then I get an RTMT Mgcp D channel out of
