<div>Customer wants to do deploy end to end SIP in a callcenter. We have the SIP trunking in the works but i wanted some feed back on Cisco SIP phone features. This is for a UCM 6.1.4 loads. The last time we used the SIP loads it did not have all the features and the phone had a slower operational user experience. Is there full sccp parity in the 6.1.4 loads? Will the user experience vary with SIP? </div>
