<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-gb"><FONT FACE="Tahoma" SIZE=2>I have a user who has recently been given a VT advantage camera, and since this has happened he h</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-gb"><FONT FACE="Tahoma" SIZE=2>as lost the</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-gb"> <FONT FACE="Tahoma" SIZE=2>ability</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-gb"><FONT FACE="Tahoma" SIZE=2> to dial externally via his local H323 gateway.</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-gb"><FONT FACE="Tahoma" SIZE=2> He simply gets an engaged tone on every external call he makes.</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-gb"></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-gb"><FONT FACE="Tahoma" SIZE=2>I initially thought this was</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-gb"> <FONT FACE="Tahoma" SIZE=2>something someone had done to</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-gb"> <FONT FACE="Tahoma" SIZE=2>the user</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-gb"><FONT FACE="Tahoma" SIZE=2>’</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-gb"><FONT FACE="Tahoma" SIZE=2>s</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-gb"> <FONT FACE="Tahoma" SIZE=2>phone</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-gb"><FONT FACE="Tahoma" SIZE=2>, so I deleted it and started again</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-gb"><FONT FACE="Tahoma" SIZE=2> but I got the same thing. As soon as</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-gb"> <FONT FACE="Tahoma" SIZE=2>I add</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-gb"> <FONT FACE="Tahoma" SIZE=2>‘</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-gb"><FONT FACE="Tahoma" SIZE=2>video capabilities</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-gb"><FONT FACE="Tahoma" SIZE=2>’</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-gb"><FONT FACE="Tahoma" SIZE=2> to the users phone he looses</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-gb"> <FONT FACE="Tahoma" SIZE=2>the ability to dial externally.</FONT></SPAN></P>
