<div dir="ltr"><font face="tahoma" size="2">Lately we've been seeing more and more 911 calls go out of our building by "accident." None of our route patterns have changed lately. I'm not sure why this could be happening. A couple of questions.</font></div>

<div dir="ltr"><font face="tahoma" size="2">1. Is there a good way to prevent this from happening? Is anyone else doing anything special to prevent this?</font></div>
<div dir="ltr"><font face="tahoma" size="2">2. I'm trying to find a way to report on the 911 calls and am unable to find a report that will accommodate my needs. Does anyone know of reports to run for this?</font></div>
