in a fresh new 7.1.3 CUCM that is integrated with CUE 7.0.5 i have 2

very strange things:

1.

 7941 and 3911 can hear the PromtManagement with no problem but 6961

(just upgraded to latest firmware) is missing some words!! I can see a

lot of discarded packets on the phone!

    All phones are on the same switch as long as the voicegateway and

the CUCM!

Also, 7941 has no problem talking with 7941 and no packets are

discarded I have read about comfort noise packets discarded but is this

the case?

2.

 from whatever phone i call Prompt Manager to record prompts, prompts

are not saved and instead, blank prompts are saved at the CUE gui!!
