<div>I have an issue with caller ID from outbound calls via a SIP provider, global crossing, when dialling out the caller ID displays as +44 <em><4 digit directory number> </em>Is there anyway we can prefix the number and remove the country code or just restrict the caller ID at all or will this have to be done by the provider.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>The problem is we have two numbers that would need to be prefixed depending on what the directory number is.</div>
