<div style="word-wrap:break-word">The big issue is that the 7.1(3b)su2 upgrade file on <a href="http://cisco.com/" target="_blank">cisco.com</a> is the UCSInstall_UCOS file that is only accepted by 6.x upgrades (this particular patch is also restricted to 6.1.3 and later). A 5.x to 7.x upgrade requires the UCM-Upgrade file which doesn't exist for 7.1(3)su2.<div>
<br></div><div>If you are upgrading to get a particular bug fix you can open a TAC SR to request the UCM-Upgrade file for the 7.1(3)ES, but keep in mind you still have to order the upgrade via PUT to get your sw feature license PAK (which you've already done). You may also need a separate patch depending on what version of 5.1(3) you are on (CSCsl21150).</div>
