<DIV>We have a Attendant Console Pilot Point, it is set to ring the first available phone out of a group of 4. I had assumed that the hunt woudl move on if a phone remaind unanswered. But it seems that if the first available phone is unanswerd it just sits and rings on that phone for ever. </DIV>

<DIV>Is there a way to get it to hunt like a standard hunt group.</DIV>
