got the pub upgraded but now the sub is giving me a Mount failed when trying to upgrade the sub via the DVD.  Is Mount failed a DVD Rom drive failure?<div><br></div><div>on the HP&#39;s are the DVD&#39;s hot swapable and I can try one of the other ones?  If I try SFTP do I just upload all the files / directorys to the SFTP server?  or do I make a ISO from it?</div>
