<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">This is what I was looking for. On
one of our smaller clusters, I changed the dial plan to the line/device
approach and loved it. I never took this approach with our bigger
clusters due to this caveat. The call center users make things tough.

applications could not distinguish between extension 1001 in partition1
and extension 1001 in partition2.<br>

If you are planning to use CTI control for anything then this may not be
the best choice.<br>
