<div>Does Proteus still need to be run as a desktop application on a non-server machine? I used it with an Avaya CM install a while back and we needed to keep a desktop PC running (and logged in) with the Proteus scheduler and collector application running all the time - a bit less than ideal.</div>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: rgb(31,73,125)">I had a very bad experience with Tiger software…that was a year ago when I saw it integrated with CM 4.2 and 6.1 and really it was not handling very basic CDRs like the ones generated during conference and transfer…and their support is very slow and they are not flexible in developing script to solve these issues “this was a year ago as I stated maybe they are better now!”</span></p>
