I've got a customer with a supervisor that occasionally has some agents that come and go. I'm begin told it's specific to this particular CSQ, and it follows the queue. If they log in on another pc with a different account into the queue they may have the same issue. CUCM Version is 6.1.3.3000-1. Has anyone seen a similar behavior? I wouldn't think it's a firewall/acl issue since it seems to come an go. Has anyone ran into anything similar before?<div>
