if my memory serves me correctly. a Supervisory was a supervisor license and an agent was an agent.<div><br></div><div>in Version 5 they switched to concurrent licensing. This means if your a sup or an agent each will take one of those licenses.</div>

On IPCC Express Premium 4.04, if one logs in only using the Supervisor<br>
