It sure sounds like the only way to be able to do this is to route outbound calls via any different configuration item that allows altering calling part id (route pattern, route list, etc.)

Hi everyone,

We have a call center which supports multiple customers. We have a requirement that when the agents in the call center call each customer that the customer’s 800 # is displayed on the phone. I know that I can setup multiple route patterns/route lists, i.e. dialing 96 and the number displays the correct # for customer A, dialing 97 will display the correct # for customer B, and so on. Is there a better approach to accomplish this? All agents have to be able to call all customers.
