not done right. But you are also not just dealing with IP change, you are
also changing CUCM clusters. The approach depends on all version you
currently have and what you are going to. You don’t really “merge”
two clusters as you cannot have two publishers in a single cluster. Are
both CM clusters running the same CM version? Does CCX point to CM using
IP or name using DNS? <o:p></o:p></span></p>

cluster. The current cluster with the UCCX will be gone. The new
cluster does not have UCCX. Looking for best option. Can I simply
re-ip and move/ setup the new agents or is a rebuild more advised. Its
only a small amount of agents – 15-20.<o:p></o:p></p>
