<div>We did some testing with a Kill-A-Watt meter to help determine the actual cost savings per switch. For a 7940 phone that was shut off for 10 hours in the evening hours, we would save about $.10 a phone per month at $.08/KWHR on electricity. Newer phones consume more Watts, but also cost more to operate so the savings was about equal. </div>
<div> </div>
<div>In some environments, this can probably add up quick. However, this particular environment is about 100 phones total so the $10/month electricity savings is minimal. It was interesting figuring it out though. :-)</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Has anyone else done a cost analysis on Energywise? I'd be curious if my numbers match up...</div>
