<p class=MsoNormal>I downloaded the latest firmware and successfully uploaded it
to my publisher. I restarted the TFTP service, but cannot see the relevant load
information under Device Defaults.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>I am using the required version of CUCM which is 7.1(3).
However, this is only a test publisher which is running in VMWare.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Is it possible that I can’t test phones of this type
on an unlicensed (test) publisher?<o:p></o:p></p>
