<div>I arrived to office this morning and got a call from the operator that the "Line Status" in auto atendent are giving "?" as unknown. I did restart the CTI Manager service and the TCD service but still the same. i even did a reset for the Pilot with no success. We are using call manager 4.2. Any idea how to troubleshoot this issue?</div>
