TCD are related to AC, but can be affected by the CallManager service not receiving
enough cpu time.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>This can be caused by a slowing
disk or failing array controller, I have read.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>The cpu and memory usage, now
are normal as before the incident requiring the reboot. Spiking before the
reboot.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>The CallManager service, set to automatic,
had stopped and started a number of times.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>The server appears to be running
normally now, but had caused a catastrophe.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=MsoPlainText>Current heartbeat rate is 0 beats per minute.<o:p></o:p></p>
