That's why you can't use CDR as a live 911 tool, only after the 911 call is completed.<br><br>You'll likely need a tool that controls the phones via CTI? For example, there are plenty of tools out there that monitor the phone and alert you to when a 911 call is placed. I wouldn't doubt there are some out there that are doing exactly what you want.
