Have you seen the button 'HLog' ? (Hunt Group Logout)<br>
<br>
You can add it to an IP Phone, and it logs the DEVICE out of the hunt
group temporarily, but leave all normal extensions working.<br>
<br>
We were using that instead of DND to shorten customer ring times...<br>

The second buttons are just internal numbers that are assigned in a
hunt group.
If someone walks away we have them press DND. Of course DND is just for
the
phones, is there a way just to DND the secondary line and not DND the
main
