<div>I have 3 PBX systems in the environment:</div>
<div>1. CCM 4.2</div>
<div>2. Nortel</div>
<div>3. Antek</div>

<div>Antek is using H323 connection to CCM, Nortel is connected to the C3845 gateway and also using H323 connection to CCM.</div>

<div>when Nortel phone 1 makes a call to Nortel phone 2 and then conferecne Antek phone, the conference work fine.</div>
<div>when IP Phone1 makes a call to IP Phone2 and then conference Antek phone, the conference work fine.</div>
<div>when IP Phone makes a call to Antek phone and then conference Nortel phone, the conference work fine.</div>

<div>But.. when IP Phone makes a call to Nortel phone and then conference Antek phone, the conference established ok, however the Antek phone can't hear the other 2 parties.</div>

<div>Both the H323 gateways (nortel and antek) are configured the same device pool and same region in CCM.</div>

<div>Is there anything to do with the "Media Termination Point Required" setting in gateway configuration?</div>
