When resetting an ATA I've always used the following sequence -<BR>
<BR><FONT size=2>
* Power up the ATA<BR>
* Make sure the ATA is *NOT* plugged into the network.<BR>
* Plug an analogue phone into voice port one.<BR>
* Lift the handset, and press the button on top of the ATA<BR>
* You will be greeted by the American female darlek.<BR>
* Dial 322873738#*<BR>

So, three things to note - first that ATA should not be plugged into the LAN, second the code should have a * pressed after the #, and third the analogue phone should be plugged into Port 1 of the ATA.<BR>
