to be able to dial into a number and when he does that it will ring on multiple
desks at once. The only ways I know to do this is either a shared line
appearance, or a call pickup group. I know that you can do a hunt group
also, but I don’t think it will ring both lines at once. Is there any
other way to accomplish this?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
