<html><head><style type='text/css'>p { margin: 0; }</style></head><body><div style='font-family: Verdana; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000'>Here's my take on whether CUCM vX support 79XX phone.<br><ul><li>is the phone EOL'ed? if so, it's not officially supported. <br></li><li>does the compatibility mattrix have a phone load listed for that phone? if so, it is supported if not EOL'ed. if EOL'ed, it will more than likely work. as Ryan and Wes has said, people are still using VIP+20s on their system.</li></ul>That being said, even if there is no firmware in the column, I think it just means that it wasn't tested. Also, you might find that the firmware has not changed for a few versions.<br><br>Hope that helps.<br><br>No?
