<div>I'm getting a strange behavior on our SIP Gateway. Not sure if this is a SIP problem or an ISDN problem. Topology is PRI to 2921 (15.0.M1.12) SIP Gateway to CUCM 8.0(2). On at least half of inbound calls, I do not see SIP setup messages immediately. I get a 'No route to destination' ISDN message. Then, as soon as the call is released, I immediately see SIP invite message and my phone begins to ring. I can reproduce this consistently, although it only happens on about 60% of calls. On the calls that don't work properly, I see a strange second ISDN setup message. On the calls that do work properly, I do not see this second setup message. Here is a debug of a bad call. Any ideas?</div>
