Even changed to several different DNs in IPCC and get the same message every time. My guess is that DC Directory — or whatever it’s called — is having some kind of issue on Call Manager
So I deleted the route point from Call Manager and tried it again from IPCC. Now it tells me it can’t update the user on Call Manager. Sounds like something in the directory is broken and it can’t access that jtapi user for some reason. I deleted three (3) associations from the jtapi user thinking perhaps there was a limit to the number that could be associated with it but that didn’t help either. Not sure what the issue is. Guess I’ll restart their entire cluster and see if that has an effect.
