Just a thought, but have you checked that the Appadmin user you are logging into has CCMAdminsitrator rights?<div><br></div><div>I'm not sure what's in that version but in the newer versions there is an AXL user, this user needs to be able to write to the CUCM DB.</div>

So I deleted the route point from Call Manager and tried it again from IPCC. Now it tells me it can’t update the user on Call Manager. Sounds like something in the directory is broken and it can’t access that jtapi user for some reason. I deleted three (3) associations from the jtapi user thinking perhaps there was a limit to the number that could be associated with it but that didn’t help either. Not sure what the issue is. Guess I’ll restart their entire cluster and see if that has an effect.<br>

Then associated that DN with the jtapi user in the global directory. Then went to the application in IPCC and tried to add the jtapi trigger using that same DN. New message says Could not create CTI Route Point and corresponding Line on CallManager. I’m spoiled by my IPCC Express Premium which does all this automatically. This site is on IPCC Express Enhanced. Guess I’m missing a step somewhere in the process. Thank You.<br>
