Hi,<br>
I think the problem is not at the gateway since the IP phone 9971 can
not get the redundant CCM Server info so it won;t contact the SRST
gateway at all upon no connection to the CUCM.<br>
<br>
The softkey I used work for 7965, 7942 and 7945. One important feature
such as "iDivert" is not available with phone button template though :(<br>
I tested the mobility softkey works using the phone button template.<br>

What type of softkey template are you trying to use? When you say it
works on other phone models are they other 99xx or 89xx model phones?
Most of the features for the 99xx/89xx phones are under the feature
control policy, otherwise former softkeys like mobility have to go on
the session buttons (like a phone button template).<o:p></o:p></span></div>

have just implemented Cisco 9971 phones and realized few problems.<o:p></o:p></div>

The phone could not get the SRST information from CallManager thus this
phone could not registered during SRST. I checked on the phone
