<br>Have not heard from this software or company before, found them by accident on Google. Ordered a demo, received it a couple of days later and started testing. After a while of testing I was amazed of how they have simplified managing the CUCM. Finally ordered TiM for our CallManager. To date TiM only handles Cisco's CallManager. Unity Connection is supposed to follow this year.<br>
<br>So far I am a happy and satisfied customer. Wondered if anybody else has gained experience with TiM and would like to share it.<br><br>Cheers, SJ<br><br>
