try to reset the SNMP server on the pub

2010/5/6 Eric Brander <mailinglists@rednarb.com>

Colleagues!

Perhaps one or some of you have run into this one and may have a
suggestion for a solution! I have 4 call manager servers, one is our
Publisher and the 3 others are subscribers.

I have SNMP v1/2c enabled on all 4 servers and I am able to poll basic
info from all 4 with snmpget, etc. However, when I try to get certain
Call Manager specific OIDs for registered and unregistered phones
(specifically .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.5.5.0 and
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.5.6.0), it works for all 3 subscribers but I
get "no such name" on the publisher. Yet with the real-time
monitoring tool I can see that we indeed have some phones currently
registered to the publisher so I want to be able to grab that info
with SNMP as well.

Any idea as to why the SNMP features would be limited on the publisher?

TIA,

Eric N. Brander
