<div>I had something similar, where the phone would not reset. It came down to the fact that my PUB and SUB databases were not sync'd (or syncing). They should have been sync'd, but they were not. I don't have more details on this, since I had a VAR called in to fix it. </div>

<p class="MsoNormal">I am facing a very wired problem here…I am trying to change some parameters in a phone “6941 the black ugly one” and I am using CUCM 7.1(3)…I can change any configuration inside phone page normally without any problem…but I cannot reset the phone from phone page in order for the configuration to be applied to the phone…the browser tell me that device reset sent successfully but absolutely nothing happen to the phone…the only way that I can get my changes applied is by shutting down the switch port of the phone and no shut again.</p>
