Thanks Ahmed, that's a really nice tool (something that Cisco should have implemented and given us IMHO), but seems well worth the money.

I have end users all the time opening tickets about DND button enabled and they don't realize it, or not logged into Mobility when they think they are.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Remotely access call history for CME phone

We are trying to track which user called 911. Does
anyone know how to access the call history on a 7941 registered to CME,
remotely? We don’t want the user who called 911 to clear their placed
call history, otherwise we would just call them up and tell them to look in the
“Placed Calls” obviously. In the web interface of the phone, I don’t see
much that would help. The CME interface doesn’t show it under Reports and we
aren’t logging to syslog/buffer/etc for call reporting. I was hoping
there would be some way to access it remotely from a web browser on the phone
itself. No debugs are turned on and show log doesn’t have anything that
we need.
