<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I've got a Contact Center user who has a headset on, and says that his headset is picking up so much background noise that</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">people on the other end are shouting so he can hear them.</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">He's tried reducing the volume on his phone, but he is the only loser in that game -- he (and others) quickly cannot hear the customer then.</FONT></P>
